Ignite your creativity in an introductory blacksmithing class that is perfect for novices! No metalworking experience required. This hands-on session – led by an expert and supportive instructor – is focused on safety and basic forging principles. You’ll twist, taper, and flatten hot steel, creating a stainless steel kebab skewer about twelve inches long. Immerse yourself in the art of metalworking and take home your creation at the end of class. If a student age 14-17 would like to participate in this class, a parent or guardian must not only be present for the entire duration of the session, but must also pay for a spot in the class.
