Community Art Studio: Bring Your Own Art

Do you have an art project but you can’t find quiet time to work on it? Perhaps you have the time but you just don’t have the space? Bring your own supplies to ACE and work on your art project(s) in our beautiful studio during open studio time. Open studio isn’t a class: it’s unstructured, do-your-own-art time. Come and go as you wish, and feel free to work in your own space or socialize with others. Wi-fi is available for watching art tutorials on your device; headphones/earbuds required. No art instruction is offered during open studio time, but a facilitator is present. Please enter through the 5th Street door. Only 12 spots available. Drop-ins are welcome when space allows. Please register early.

Gloria Cropp took her first watercolor class in 2011 and since then she has taken many other art classes, including watercolor batik, acrylic painting, rubber stamp making, fused glass, ocean drum making, and cyanotype. During Gloria’s nursing career, she spent a lot of time helping other people. Now art is helping her, giving her a mental health break while she focuses on creativity and fun.
